If you remember, our last post was about Gale inOhio. She was sending us her broken window to recreate. We just received her glass, a Mercedes 500 SEL and we have done all of the necessary measurements to manufacture a brand new window. Our shop manager, Danny, has determined the length, width, angle and curvature of the glass. Next he will cut the glass to size, bake it in our super heated oven, resin, and then cure it. Once the window is completely cured we can ship it out to Gale inOhiowho is patiently awaiting its arrival. Once the window is finished we will snap a few shots of it so you can see the finished product!
